Last night Kim and I carved the Pumpkins we picked out at Howell's Tree Farm.  Two for my place, two for hers, we ripped off the tops of their heads, scooped out the innards of the poor defenseless gourds, and set out to carve them up.

My Cutco knives were handy for the big slices, while a little $0.99 pumpkin carving saw made short order of the more intricate designs of my cute artist.

My new Dell Inspiron 700m - "the lightweight traveler" - showed up yesterday.  It's certainly the opposite of my HP ZD7010 17" sucker with it's 12" LCD.  Speedy 1.6 Pentium M, a gig of RAM, 80GB hard drive, integrated WiFi and DVD/CD-RW.
